Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off
By: Rebecca Roush for AllFreeKnitting
Sometimes when you bind off using traditional methods, the final edge
can be too tight. This can cause serious fit problems in the cuff of
socks, or make it difficult to block out points on a shawl. In this
free knitting tutorial, we'll learn how to knit a Surprisingly Stretchy
Bind Off to avoid this problem. By introducing reverse YO's (yarn
overs) into the bind off, the edge becomes a lot stretchier, but still
looks very much like your traditional bind off.
